Bella Legacy Performance Team
At Bella Dance, we believe that dance is a powerful tool for connection, leadership, and artistry. The Bella Legacy Performance Team is an elite, community-focused program designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to take their training and performance skills to the next level.
Rooted in the mission of the Bella Legacy Project, this team is about more than just taking the stage—it is about building character, fostering teamwork, and giving back to our community through the art of bella movement and artisstry.
Prerequisites
To ensure our team members have the technical foundation required for advanced choreography, dancers must meet the following criteria to join:

Ballet Experience: A minimum of two years of training in Ballet Level 2 or higher.

Studio Enrollment: Concurrent enrollment in at least three weekly classes at Bella Dance to maintain and continually grow technique.
The Training & Rehearsal Experience
Legacy Team members receive comprehensive, elevated instruction to build a well-rounded and versatile dancer.

Extra Rehearsals: In addition to regular classes, the team will have two extra dedicated rehearsal times each week to learn and perfect several exclusive routines. (Please reference the studio calendar to view our current winter rehearsal times).

Strong Foundations: Rigorous technique training, including classical ballet grounded in the Cecchetti method, alongside intensive focus on contemporary, hip-hop, and pom.

Artistry & Expression: Guided focus on stage presence, emotional execution, and storytelling through dance.
Performances & Travel
Legacy dancers are the ambassadors of Bella Dance. Throughout the season, the team will participate in:

Annual Convention: The team will travel together to one major dance convention each year to take master classes from industry professionals, gain fresh perspectives, and bond as a team.

Summer Disney Trip: Every summer, the team embarks on an exciting, magical trip to travel and perform at Disneyland!

Community Events: Performing our routines at local outreach events, showcases, and our annual spring recital.
Tuition, Fees & Exclusive Benefits
Investing in the Performance Team covers specialized training, custom gear, and performance experiences.

Team Fees: Additional fees are associated with the extra weekly rehearsal class times, custom performance costumes, and official team jackets.

Legacy Discount: To support our families and encourage well-rounded training, all Legacy Performance Team members receive a 20% discount on all additional studio services.
The Village: Parent Volunteer Commitment
More hands make for an amazing time! Running a successful performance team takes a village, and we rely heavily on the support of our dedicated families. We ask parents to commit to volunteering throughout the season to assist with fundraising efforts and help coordinate local performance opportunities.
Whether you step up as a "Snack Mom," a "Ride-Share Dad," or a "Rhinestone Sister," your active involvement is a crucial part of what makes this team experience so special and successful for our dancers.
