Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION: Our goal is to place students in the most appropriate class for their age and ability level. Proper class placement is the best way for our students to grow and succeed. Our teachers will design a class program best suited for your dancer. The teachers and directors have the final authority in class placement. You can register for classes through our online system or at our studio. Registration fees will vary per season. Registration fees are non- refundable. PAYMENTS: Tuition payments are due by the first class of each semester. Fees are based on a semester program and can be broken into convenient monthly payments if needed with Studio Director approval. LATE FEES: Any invoice 30 days past due will incur a $30 late fee. Late fees will continue to accrue until bill is paid or payment arrangements have been made with our office. Payment arrangements must be made with the Studio Director. Bella Movement Release of Liability Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if participant is a minor), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: I am aware that participation in dance classes, workshops, and other activities at Bella Movement involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, bruises, fractures, and other injuries that may occur due to falls, collisions, or overexertion. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Bella Movement activities, including the risk of negligence on the part of Bella Movement, its instructors, owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Bella Movement, its instructors, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and any other parties involved in Bella Movement activities from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in Bella Movement activities, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I understand that this release of liability is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read this release of liability carefully and understand its contents. I am agreeing to it voluntarily and of my own free will.
